Kerry Mills is hosting a special dollar-making party at Quirk this Saturday and she is inviting all of you (and your children) to not only enjoy the art at Quirk but to make your own piece of art as well.
THIS SATURDAY @ QUIRK, 311 West Broad Street, 1-3:30pm
We will have templates and art supplies to get you started. Your creation/contribution will help ART 180 to give young people in challenging circumstances a voice through art. And for each creation (and $10 donation) you submit, Quirk will give you a coupon for 10% off your next Quirk purchase and enter you in a drawing to win a special Quirk gift!
All of the "dollars" will be exhibited at a free, unique art celebration on 10-10-08 at VCU's Brandcenter (103 S. Jefferson), 7pm so SAVE THE DATE!
If you can't join us Saturday, we still encourage you to participate. Download the template at www.art180.org/ten and send it to ART 180 (or drop off at Quirk) by 9/22
